The chemtrail theory states that there are some contrails are actually chemicals or biological agents deliberately sprayed at high altitudes for a purpose undisclosed to the general public. Versions of the chemtrail conspiracy theory circulating on the internet and radio talk shows theorize that the activity is directed by government officials. As a result, federal agencies have received thousands of complaints from people who have demanded an explanation. The existence of chemtrails has been repeatedly denied by government agencies and scientists around the world. Some believe that chemtrails are used in conjunction with the Haarp facility, HAARP has many goals:
1. Testing the removal of pollutant in the upper ion regions by using heating methods
2. Testing the effects of inducing acoustic responses into the Earth crust using the low FREQ PWM technique to control stress
3. Testing the deep penetration communication systems based on skin depth for nuclear subs
4. Testing how to modify the conductivity of the upper ionization layers for power collection system used for electrical or weapons applications. When these type studies are done under the control of high security, there are going to be a lot of problems with abuses of power.
This is truly the case when the actions and goals of the Bush Adm. are examined. There is too much secrecy in these projects and the levels of abuse have become extreme. The chemtrail theory began to circulate in 1996 when the United States Air Force (USAF) was accused of "spraying the US population with mysterious substances" from aircraft "generating unusual contrail patterns". The Air Force says these accusations were a hoax fueled in part by citations to a strategy paper drafted within the Air Force's Air University entitled Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. The paper was presented in response to a military directive to outline a future strategic weather modification system for the purpose of maintaining the United States' military dominance in the year 2025, and identified as "fictional representations of future situations/scenarios". The Air Force further clarified the paper "does not reflect current military policy, practice, or capability", and that it is "not conducting any weather modification experiments or programs and has no plans to do so in the future." Additionally, the Air Force states that the "'Chemtrail' hoax has been investigated and refuted by many established and accredited universities, scientific organizations, and major media publications.

Looking at all the evidence available its easy to see that most people dont understand how many things work such as cloud formations, contrails of planes, atmospherics. Lots of false information is spreading and like many o†her conspiracy theories people either are too lazy to research and see the truth or they are easily persuaded and conned. Small and large Private and Commercial airlines such as easyjet, Emerates, Ryanair, British air and so on which makes up 62% of the total amount of planes being flown through the air are not intentionally poisoning people, yes they give off a very small amount of toxic fumes, but they are not part of some big chemtrail - geoengineering population reduction conspiracy. Its obvious with the mountains of evidence that the trails they give off sometimes stick around in the air and sometimes dont. That doesnt mean they are trying to poison everyone on the planet daily at certain times, there seriously is no budget or "black budget" or funding to do this and I have said this many times before but huminity poisons itself everyday with poor diets, processed foods, alchol, cars, plastics and so many other toxins we use in our every day lives. Military planes make up 32%, leaving 6% of all planes on the planet being used as cloud seeding, weather manipulators. Theres also mountains of evidence, video's and documents showing weather manipulation and being able to form clouds, weather patterns and more, but none, yes none of these are used to poison people or even a whole country of people, but again there is evedence that shows the US army during the cambodian and Vietnam wars and also other amies across the world and in history have used chemical weapons from airplanes on certain people during warefare or even just military practises. I personally believe people should abandone their research down the blind rabbit whole of false info on chemtrails and revert their attention to geo-engineering and carbon future's, this is where the money is at. Buying shares in futures based on how much a certain market, country or company is projected to polute the planet through geo-engineering, using toxic products and usual polution. Many paperless contracts trillions in fraud and laundering moments before, during and after the 911 attacks played a major role in carbon futures and the majority of the compition was killed in the attacks. A major Carbon trading futures war was going on between various companies inside both towers. Cantor/Fitzgerald had created and patented software which would have generated trillions in Carbon trading futures to only a monopolising few. Many people started asking questions, there were a few emergency meetings that morning and certain important people were killed. Between Aon, Cantor/Fitzgerald and Marsh and Mclennan All run through subsidiaries of Kroll inc, 44% of all the people who died worked for these 3 companies in the 911 attacks, .... and a small minority now control and dominate the carbon futures market which is set to generate $trillions over the coming decades.
Reguardless of the information posted here I feel its important we cut down and reduce humanities need for air flight as they have massive environment impacts not just from whats coming out the engine, but the whole infrastructure of an area being used to build airports in every country around the world and many things that go along with an airport. The half empty planes, massive land fill waste, water use and more retail consumption.
